Tracey grew up and went to school in Salem, Oregon.
While travelling around the United States in 1991, Tracey met his wife in Salt Lake, Utah.
She is orignally from Rumford and he is proud to call Rumford his home too.
They have two wonderful children, a son and a daughter.
Tracey has been with the Department since late '94 and graduated from the
Maine Criminal Justice Academy in 1997. In 1998, he became a certified D.A.R.E. Instructor.
Tracey enjoys being a police Officer, the interaction and
being involved with the youth in the Rumford Area.
Tracey was Sergeant from November 1999 to Januray 2006 and.
September 2008 to present.
He enjoys sharing outdoor activities with his family.
He also enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, cooking as well as most sports.

1) We all make mistakes. If you learn from your mistakes, it will help you become a better and much wiser person.
2) Every day one of our youth dies from a drinking and driving accident. Please don't become a statistic. If you have or someone your with has been drinking, don't get in a car.
