Joseph was hired for the Rumford Police Department in November of 2010.
Prior to working in Rumford, Joseph started as a fulltime Officer
for the Town of Livermore Falls in 2003. Joseph graduated the
9th B.L.E.T.P. at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in December 2005.
After completing the Academy, Joseph worked for the Town of Livermore Falls
where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. Joseph’s duties as Sergeant included
he investigate child sexual assaults, and assist with the supervision of the department.

Joseph is a Taser instructor Bushmaster armoror, and Glock armoror.
Joseph is also a Firearms instructor and Urban Rifle Instructor for the
State of Maine and enjoys shooting as a hobby.

Joseph was born and raised in Rumford where he grew up with his Mother
and twin brother Adam. Adam is a reserve Police Officer for Livermore Falls.
Joseph was glad for the opportunity to return to Rumford with his
Wife and Son to serve this great community.
